This is a simple technique which only requires basic chakra control. Gather a portion of your Earth chakra and channel it to your arms. With this chakra, you are granted additional strength. Gather a few large rocks and toss them at an empty are somewhere around.

This next technique is C Rank, so it requires more chakra than the D Rank techniques. Simply put, with this technique, the user crushes the opponent between multiple sections of Rock. This technique manipulates pre-existing earth, so it's in the boundaries of nature manipulation.

Alright, gather your Doton chakra then perform the Rat handseal. Once done, channel the chakra through your chakra network and into the earth below. Manipulate the chakra throughout the earth, and have it make a focal point below the opponent/your target. Once the focal point of chakra is created, use your chakra to manipulate the earth of that area. Similar to how you created the Earth Pillar earlier, make several sections of Earth rise around my clone (which is your opponent in this case). Use the sections of rock to crush the clone.

Nice. Here's a little technique that can be used to effortlessly make techniques such as this useless against yourself. (Doton: Iwagakure no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Hiding in Rock Technique is a B Rank Earth technique that allows you to pass/phase through (Yes, like Tobi) any Earth technique B Rank and lower. It's a good counter to techniques such as this one, you can give the opponent the image that you're crushed and he would believe you're dead, when you can actually sneak up on him after blending through his technique. The technique won't be taught at the moment though, we'll cover it when we arrive at B Rank.

Alright, this is the next Earth jutsu. It's a common Earth technique since it's so effective. Simply put, the user creates Spikes of solid Earth to penetrate the opponent. This technique deals with manipulating already existing Earth, and with the same principle like before, gather your chakra, channel it through your chakra network and into the Earth, Create a focal point with the chakra below your target. With the chakra at the desired location, use it to manipulate the earth, manipulate spears of earth to erupt. An advantage of this technique is that the Spikes rise quickly and can catch the opponent off guard if he doesn't take note of the shifting in the Earth. The advanced version of this technique is the A Rank, (Doton: Kujo Joushou Iwa Chuuseki) - Earth Release: Destructive Rising Rock Pillars.

Well done. This technique doesn't really inflict damage on the opponent. However, it's a good technique for use in a combination. It causes the opponent to lose balance and possibly fall. Because of that, you can follow up with another technique while the target is vulnerable. It's pretty easy to counter though, one can simply coat the sole of their feet with chakra, allowing them to "stick" onto the ground so they won't lose balance. If someone should use this against you, that's a simple way of countering.

So, to actually perform the technique is simple. This technique also deals with manipulating already existing earth, so all you need to do is infuse your chakra and manipulate it. Gather your chakra and channel it through your chakra network, your legs, and into the earth. Use your chakra to create rapid vibrations within the earth, whiich will cause a tremor that will cause the opponent to loose balance. It won't exactly harm the opponent since there's nothing to actually do damage.

Since this is mud and not the regular earth, you'll have to adjust to the situation and mold the chakra in a way that the earth has a slightly liquid form, thus the result mud. Gather your chakra and channel it through your chakra network and to your mouth. Once the chakra is at your mouth, further manipulate it, mold it while concentrating. Once the chakra is molded, expel the mud from your mouth as a thick globule. You have the ability to aim where you want it to go, you can strike the opponent on his chest, you can strike him in the face to blind him or even suffocate him. You can also release it onto the ground to create a sticky path, meaning, this mud has some sticky properties. It's in a way similar to (Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field

This technique isn't used much since, well, such situations aren't present in an actual battle.

Descripton: This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. The technique can loosen the rocks and cause them to come raining down on whomever is trapped inside.

So what you'll do is gather your Doton chakra, channel it through your chakra network and into the cave. Use this chakra to manipulate the rocks that make up the cave, by dislodging a rock or two, you can cause the entire cave to come falling down. You'll need to observe the cave to see which rocks to dislodge for the cave to fall first. Try it out.
