Orochimaru is 100% right when he says this
Sasuke is still mentally a kid. Why because of these reasons.
1. He dosen't understand how the ninja world works - Itachi had to kill the uchiha clan they were the strongest clan in the village if they didn't then it would have caused a war many innocent bystanders,regular villagers and innocent children would have been killed this also would leave the village weak enough for other lands to attack Itachi saved everyone from having to go though that nightmare he even felt terrible about it that's why he made himself into a evil psychotic criminal erased all of his feelings to push Sasuke into getting the strength to kill him but Sasuke after declaring to destroy Konoha threw all of the sacrfices he made for Sasuke away.
2. Betraying a village, joining forces with criminals and attempting to kill a fellow Konoha shinobi - This is why I cant stand Sasuke all he thinks about is his dam self I understand getting your parents killed is hard but come on you was loved by the villagers unlike Naruto and Gaara he had friends there to get him out of the darkness betraying a entire village and joining forces with criminals is going too far he knew that Orochimaru's plan was to destroy Konoha as soon as he got his hands on Sasuke's body but Sasuke dosen't care all he wants is power really Sasuke really vengence is more important than a village also the fact that he manipulated Naruto's feelings Naruto thought he found someone who didn't care about Kurama being inside him and didn't see him as a monster but as a friend but he found out Sasuke was only his friend to get power I feel bad for Naruto because I know where his coming from when he wants someone to see him as someone important fock Sasuke for manipulating him like that.
3. He acts so arrogant and cocky - He acts so arrogant and cocky even though in every fight
A. His saved
B. His helped
or
C. His opponent is holding back.
I know alot of characters get saved or helped in fights but not in every fight they have. Tell me what has been the last legit fight Sasuke's had? Do you want to know something else even with A,B or C happening he still gets owned.
4. Threatning to kill innocent bystanders - This goes back to what I was saying about Sasuke not caring about anyone but his self he thinks by doing this his going to "Erase there memories of the Uchiha clan" his retarded because the only ones who knew about it were Hiruzen,Danzo and the two other elders and he knows this he is just using this as a excuse to ignore the fact that his evil psychopathic emo what person with there right mind wants to kill innocent children,villagers that showed him love when he was in the village. I understand not wanting to go back to the village he dosen't have to I would have liked if after he heard the truth about Itachi he turned into a anti hero missing nin.
5. He always makes up a excuse to destroy Konoha - First it's because "They forced my brother into destroying my clan so there going to pay" then when he sees Itachi his like "Nii-san your perfect" and then when he finds out the truth from Itachi himself and finds out that Danzo was the only one who told Itachi to kill the clan and that Hiruzen was aganist this and wanted to do anything to avoid all of this but his like "Nii-san I dont care what you say im still going to destroy Konoha." he dosen't love Itachi all he loves is his self because no one after seeing they had such a loving brother who sacrificed all of that just for you to make sure you would have a safe life and then for you to do this.
