Kishimoto has develop the character Sakura in such a way that many of us can relate. We struggle through problems in this world and many of us have felt a sense of distraut. We already know her character as she even stated herself. Always running trying to keep up with others. Relying on others. She's been pushing herself to that to believe she can't do anything. Frankly she lacks a better resolve. And this will lead her determination to become a stronger person. Physically and spiritually. The write has made it so she can become the strongest shinobi alive.

People mainly hate Sakura for her love towards Sasuke. Let me consider.

Here's Sasuke. Now notice his hair, his pout up lips, his dashing eyes, and his charming complexion. What girl would not fall for Sasuke? It's young love. There was a time where we all were first developing.

Now that I got this out of the way. I can say that without Sakura, Naruto and Sasuke would die. Many other ninjas and regular people would have died. And as the highly esteem Medical ninja she has played an important part in the Forth Shinobi War. She has develop her skills and knowledge with the help of the Slug Princess. She has shown to even have skills above many people in the sand. As of now she is with the Leaf Ninja 11 and is tracking down Naruto to be able to fight Madara.

There's moments where she has failed to commit to her resolve and there are times where she made a few mistakes which has cause a burden to her friends. But given each and every circumstances she has proven to be the best shinobi she can be. And Kishimoto has made a solid character that are loved by many people. She'll soon be a easily be able to surpass her master and can lead her skills to the top 10.

Now I would like to hear your comments. Saying bluntly that she's useless is all part of her developing character. So your right. In the past she's been judging herself as such. And from following Naruto's footsteps she can grow stronger.

First of all, anyone who says she's useless is an idiot.

Now, moving on. I dislike her character. Something about her personality irks me, but that's beside the point.

Quite frankly, her character development was inconsistent and complete shit. Now I don't blame this on her, Kishimoto just doesn't seem to know what to do with her. She is a main character, but she doesn't feel like a main character at all. She doesn't get nearly enough development as Sasuke, Naruto or Kakashi got - and no, she's not as important right now as you might want her to be. For a main character, she's pathetically irrelevant.

In the beginning of Shippuuden, her character development spiked. It was amazing, she was the most well-developed out of Team 7 at that point after the time skip.

Then... she tried to kill Sasuke, and failed miserably, crying like she did in Part 1 - and this regressed her character development greatly. She went back to her childish ways, and showed us she can't be trusted to handle such important tasks.

So yes, she is useful as all medic-nin are useful. Important? A little. Important enough for a main character? No.

Something we can agree on all of us. And by this is will only make her stronger. She has to find her place. Kishimoto has a lot of his mind. Hopefully we can see Sakura blossom!

I've been a fan of Sakura ever since i started watching this show, and that was back in 2006. She is defenetly not useless and the thing i love about her character is that it is so real, so human. She expresses her feelings such as love and sadness and that to me makes her the most real character in the series. Emotions makes you stronger as shown in her fight with the sound ninjas in forest of death when she protected naruto and sasuke even though it was a 3 v 1 battle. She did important stuff in part 1 and in part 2 she is obviously alot stronger than before. We have seen her in 1 big fight so far in part 2 (vs sasori) and god knows what else she is hiding skill wise.

Kishimoto even stated that he wanted Sakura to be a more human character with feelings that is supposed to develope, thats why he made her into a fan-girl in the beginning so that she could progress and develope during the whole manga/anime. Haters gonna hate, but i will always be a fan of Sakura.

they would, remember the chunin exams? orochimaru threw naruto over the tree while naruto was knocked out, and if sakura hadn't thrown her kunai to save him he woulda died.

she helped sasuke while he was unconcous because of the cursed seal. she even tried to fight the sound ninja and buy time for the others to rescue her. sasuke woulda been ****ed if it werent for her.

she is useful.... not at first but she is now even tho she isnt in the spotlight which is y we dont see it , she is one of the main characters taking care of everyone thats injurred without her there would probs be more deaths and less people to fight on the frontlines....

the reason y alot of people disliked her including myself was because in part 1 u didnt see her doing anything for herself only in the chunnin exams in the forest of death where she had no choice thats the only reason y i didnt like her because all she did was whine and moan and hit the main character....

but she isnt like that anymore she is a lot more usefull now than she was

I don't necessarily dislike here. I dislike the animators who make her continuously cry and nag and having no interesting screen time at all until the Sasori fight. For me, the most important things are the animations. Only a few naruto fights where actually worth watching and giving me goosebumps.

Like: Naruto vs sasuke end fight before time skip
hachibi vs sasuke sword fight
sakura + granny > sasori
lee > gaara

etc. fights have to be like that. not garbage stuff like naruto vs pain and hanzo vs samurai guy
