[Discussion] How strong would 8th gate Gai be?

Can 8th gate Gai beat any of the kages from past to present? Just wondering how powerful Gai would be if he risked to to go this far

8 gates give the user a power beyond kage level, but i dont think even in his 8 gates form can take on all 5 current kages, maybe 3 at tops

IMO 8 gates Gai would be able to not only fight on par with Edo Madara for a while, he would actually be able to gain the upper hand. At least until his body feels the strain.

I'm going to say that he has superior taijutsu at around 5 gates than A, but at 8 gates I guarantee he won't be able to take more than 2 kage. They're kage for a reason, and he's not, again, for a reason.

And when the 5 TBB were pointed at Gai and Kakashi..Gai said he would use the 8th Gate to stop them meaning the power must be legendary (luckily BM Naruto stepped in)
