Ok i personally think Tsunade coud not beat Madara but she woud never loose very quickly at least she woud guve him a good fight afterall she and oonoki did the most in the fight 5 kage vs madara she destroyed susanoos ribcage used her new jutsu destroyed susanoos sword tanked yasaka magatma fight against 5 very strong colnes took down a complete stage susanoo gave oonoki chakra for his jinton and her jutsu was still active from day to night beat madaras katon away before any kage coud react ghis feats are good she is not more rusty like she was in part 1

Ultimate Regeneration with no hand seal like hashirama
Ultimate power stronger than raikage
Top Stamina not even need to talk she is cut in half and still can perform ninnjutsu
Very good tank tanked almost everythink madaras katon yasaka magatma
Great amounts of chakra still had her byakugou active from day to night managed to give oonoki very large amounts of chakra
And her speed is average a little above for example she beat madaras katon away before any kage coud react
