Obito's much more level headed than Sasuke. He was judging Sasuke's performance against Danzo with his own rating on how well he did. In your scenario, Obito could probably afford to lose an arm if need be. It'll just regenerate later anyways. Plus, Obito could theoretically just phase through the Enton-covered Susano'o bones and aim straight at Sasuke right? I don't think it's going to be EASY for Obito or anything but imo he could beat Sasuke's current state unless we find out that he has unrevealed EMS abilities.
