Just becuase she wasnt using any healing jutsu doesnt mean that she could leave Tsunade just by herself. Even after invasion, where Tsunades state should be more stabilized she, along with Shizune were looking after her. Thats how serious Tsunades state was.

you contradict yourself by saying "he told her about Hinatas attempt to help Naruto" he was telling everything and naruto was down for a good amount of time and also as a hyuga he will certainly note that Hinata is rushing towards danger.

It was mentioned earlier in Naruto part 1 that given the chakra exhaustion you can die, so in the eventuality that something would've happened with Tsunade, they needed a medical ninja, meaning Sakura.
None of the above persons could do what Sakura did. The somewhere place they took Tsunade was, guess where?... Yup, by Sakura's side.

Sakura didnt have problems with risking her life to help Naruto when he turned into KM4 on Heaven and Earth bridge, so I see no reason why she should have problems during Pain invasion. She cares for him very deeply, and there is no denying that.

So even if she'd want that, as she abides to those rules, she is not allowed to engage. She'd be allowed to do that only in the eventuality of other ninjas being dead for trying to save Naruto and die in the process.

Lol the rules, What was Sakura thinking is hard to say or she was informed or not but i can not overlook the fact that it was a very important part of the story, and author did not bother to put Sakura (who is a main character and Hero's love interest) there to save him but he put Hinata a secondary character, i think there is a genuine hint that this is the more likely outcome.
