Rate Sharingan users without Sharingan

Kakashi-Jounin lvl. Even if we do nt consider his copied ninjutsus, he is smart, clever nd strong

kakashi - mid-high jonin
sasuke - high chunin to neji level
obito - 1. death by boulder, madara wouldnt save nonuchiha(since no sharingan)
2. If madara saved anyway, he would have been killed by mist ninja since he didnt have MS

Probably not since if you dont have the sharingan at that speed you cant see the counterattack from your opponent.

Thats what I thought. Then why do people keep saying sasuke would still have chidori even if he didnt have sharingan. His whole lightning stylr arsenal are chidori variants and I dont think he wouldve knew he had lightning style if kakashi wouldnt have trained him.

Yeah thats a good point although considering most jounin level shinobi know at least two different element natures, im sure he would have found out eventually. He definitely wouldnt have the same attacks though.

Yeah thats a good point although considering most jounin level shinobi know at least two different element natures, im sure he would have found out eventually. He definitely wouldnt have the same attacks though.

throw mokuton out the window.....,no ems madara fighting hashi, no mokuton. Bakufu Ranbu needs kamui to work. did you forget the speed part, when he went straight through the rock? kamui. He can't use rinnegan if he never met nagato.

You are clearly interpreting this wrong.......rhis is a ranking on the current characters w/o Sharingan, not a "what would these characters be like if they never got Sharingan.

Danzo====> Chunin
Listed in order of skill level. Just about all previous Sharingan users were stronger than previous kages of all Hidden Villages.

We know nothing of Shisui so you can't put him here, though I doubt w/o Sharingan he is Kage level

Itachi is not Kage level, he is Jonin level.

Danzo at Chuunin level? :sy: He was the head of the Root Anbu before he had Sharingan, if you think that he is chuunin level than I don't know what to say to you.

I know what the OP said. People are saying madara is still high kage with mokuton, but, if he never had sharingan, how could he be on tier with hashirama, and then steal his cells? I understand what you're saying though.

So much fail in one post. He would still have mokuton and advanced body strength due to Hashirama's DNA, even without Sharingan. Kamui adds swirly effect to Bakufu Ranbu, but he can still use it without that effect. When he went straight through the rock that was Kamui obviously, but when he went toe to toe in speed with KM Naruto, that was Kamui as well? Rinnegan wasn't mentioned at all in my post.

We're not talking about edo madara. Madara awakened his rinnegan, near then end of his life, far past his prime. Explain to me how he gets Hashirama dna to get mokuton. Then explain to me how obito gets mokuton without madara.
I understand what you're saying though. If there was no plot involved whatsoever, then he could have mokuton....

Why are people rating Obito so poorly, if anything Itachi is the worse considering he's practically blind. Obito still has Hashirama's cells as well as a few techniques like that wack a mole technique.
