I see, you wanna learn our secret ability.

Shadow is our special ability tech, so you must learn it well...
first thing first, i have several rule to teach shadow which you must follow it with no excuse.

1. i won't teach it easily, meaning you won't get a single tech with just only one post.

2. Describe... you will gonna need it in battle, so describe how the jutsu work with details... remember details.

3. this is very important, you must follow every single of my instruction and you may add some improvement on how you describe the jutsu.

4. after the training ends, you must fight me in battle field and try to trap me with the jutsu i gave you.. (you could try the best though).

The nara clan are one of the many clans that originate from the village hidden in the leaves. Our ability allows us to control our shadows and manipulate them to do able to do many things, from paralyzing opponents, to piercing their flesh. The strengths of the shadow manipulation ability centers around the versatility of the moves. The unexpectedness and the ability to use your terrain as a boost to better yourself. A very critical weakness lies in the fact that our moves can be rendered useless in an area with no lightning, and even with some small lightning its range is very limited. The most notorious member is myself Shikamaru Nara and his dad Shikaku Nara.

I'm not going to lie like i know this for sure, But an object can interfere with the path of the shadow . Also Since the shadow usually travels on the ground Doton could.. Like i said earlier im not 100% on that question.

That's OK, it's training. xd

Light is our strength and also our weakness, strong light which the opponent release willl bend our shadow, a Flash bomb which detonate in the path of our shadow shall undo it's movement. Remember that young nara.

ow lets get your knowledge into practice

I want you to begin to channel your chakra into your feet and once you feel you have enough chakra gathered, channel the chakra into the shadow and make it move a bit forward.

Using my mastery of chakra control i focus my chakra into my feet. Knowing the amount of chakra needed to use this justu, i pump more chakra into my feet than normal. After i believe i have a good enough amount into it, i look towards the ground and start controlling the shadow. Moving it slightly left and right.

Off topic: You guys should battle again xd . I wanna see .

don't have Nara and i don't plan to get him again + he has awesome jutsu of mine which he needs to ask permission from me to teach and it's BA U_U sort of Shunsui's technique, a bit modified tho xd

-get my magnifying glasses- humm... it's not moved at all, concentrate more young nara, focus your chakra into your shadow and extend it forward a bit, just a bit.

Do it again one more time.

I focus a lot of chakra in my body, as much as possible into my feet.Once I feel I have enough chakra built up in the required area, I channel my chakra into my shadow through my feet to give it the ability to move around as if it was alive.I focus on stretching it, I concentrate properly as I try to move it forward. I apply all of my stamina, and my chakra when finally it stretches and moves forward.

Good, it moved, even just a bit.

Now i want you to extend it more forward and in Zig - Zag motion.

Ok.Just as last time, i focus my chakra into my feet and position myself so the sun is behind me, making it easier for my shadow to create various movements. I then focus the chakra into my feet allowing me to gain control of my shadow , i then pump chakra into my feet and then use shape manipulation to move my shadow in various zig-zag motions.

-Summon a clone-

Good, now i want you to do that again, but this time perform the rat hand seal then move your shadow in zig - zag motion toward my clone's shadow, infuse your shadow with him.

Note : Most of Shadow jutsu using the Rat Hand Seal.

I focus my chakra into my feet and position myself so in a comfortable position. I then focus the chakra into my feet allowing me to gain control of my shadow , i then pump chakra into my feet and then use shape manipulation to move my shadow in various zig-zag motions.As before, i make the shadows progress into a straight line and when it reaches your shadow, i pump chakra into the shadow allowing it you override the control the clone has in its body. Everywhere except its mouth.
