Itachi shouldn't be on this list, Rock Lee is faster then him. He has below average stamina which would mean that even if he was as fast as Gai, he would tire of that speed within seconds.

That's some horrible logic you have there. What does Itachi's stamina have to do with how FAST he is? even if a human can outrun a cheetah in terms of distance, will you say a human is faster than a cheetah?

1:FTG is when you move threw space time extremely fast...almost in an instant..so techniqually hes moving but threw space and time its not warping..Kamui is warping.

Look here is my point. Lightning style, BM enhances your natural speed. Just like the Inner gates. FTG does none of that.
And I'm not stupid and ignorant. Body flicker is high speed technique that makes it seem like you teleported when all you do is move really fast ( sigh... Check narutopedia ). Check your facts before starting to call people names. It makes you look bad otherwise.

Look at FTG from this perspective.
With Lightning release, BM, Body Flicker or EIG you can actually measure how fast the person is ( their speed ) by dividing the distance by the amount of time required : 300miles/10sec means your speed is 30miles/sec. That is not possible with FTG or Kamui because they are S/T jutsus. They are not about ''speed''. The other enhance your natural speed, they make you go faster. That's my opinion anyway.

Why put Tobirama on the list when we havent even seen what he is capable of?

Dan shouldnt be on the list because his jutsu doesnt transport his physical self, which is what speed is all about; getting yourself from point A to point B in the quickest amount of time possible. His spirit might get there very quickly, but his body isnt, making him not really there at all.

using their own natural speed is simply one way to do it. techniques that can increase ones own natural speed or transport the user would count because they using the techniques to transporting themselves to point B
