It's sad that she went through all that but, ultimately, she was to blame for bringing those problems upon herself.

I partially agree with this. Yes, she could have prevented all this by making better decisions, but it's not right to blame her. No should be blamed for getting bullied, that just makes it worse and it's just wrong.

I actually agree somewhat to that statement, what you get out of her story is she makes continuous big mistakes which leads her to a miserable life, and then when she cant take enough what she does is the simplest decision one can make, kills herself. By simplest I mean a decision that one is cornered to take, I would've praised her efforts to "stop" bullying if she was alive and giving a message to the world that no matter what comes at you always be strong and try to find a way through it, then it will be only a matter of time when you will be able to live back again. But what she chose was to make a video and commit suicide? She let go her entire life on a fact that she cant take what she created. A real message is not to give up whatever comes at you, this is how you counter bullying. And this girl never showed any of those signs. Though the video and story is still ironic.

By 'many' you must mean the minority of 13-14 year old girls are sexting etc (though I guess it depends on where you live). I knew a lot of girls who were promiscuous but they (from what I knew anyway) didn't seem to let it truely affect them. And I know they realized people were calling them hoes etc.

I didn't call Amanda a hoe. Nor did I say she deserved what happened to her. But it's clear to me that she made some glaring errors that I know many 14 year old girls just would not make (my sister, for example).
