minato wins high difficulty
susano can be used for DEFENSE but NOTHING itachi do can physical hit minato
Itachi has low chakra
amaterasu cant hit minato
tysukyomi....minato wont look into his eyes (be logical, everyone elite ninja knows not to look at uchiha's eyes)

itachi dosnt need his eyes to cast genjutsu tho and minato isnt fast enough to compleetly escape the sharingan.especialy itachi's

and some prediction of were minato is going to apear comes from his knife and that becomes huge prediction for a sharingan user

not fast enough? minato is fast then A (who outran sharigan before)
itachi's sharigan > sasuke's sharigan BUT minato speed > A speed
i NEVER seen itachi use TSYUKYOMI without eye contact (which is why he didnt use it against guy )

Minato mid diff. Itachi usually uses genjutsu when the opponent is static, Minato is just too fast for him to be able to follow. Susanoo is his only chance to make this fight last any longer by defending himself with it, but he has low stamina, so he won't be able to maintain it for too long. Even if he was able to, Minato still has some methods to counter it by using FTG to teleport him/his attacks inside Susanoo and finish Itachi this way, or using summons to create opportunities

Ok Itachi having low chakra, why do poeople say that?
He fought againts Sasuke (One of the characters non for high chakra reserves) while
he was sick, holding back, and using MS high consuming jutsus.
After making Sasuke run out of Chakra, Itachi still had chakra to walk to Sasuke with
his susanoo on.
He can cast Genjutsu with finger movements as well.
I agree Minato has a big change winning. But if Itachi captures Minato in a genjutsu its over for him.
This is the kind of battle where having a healthy or sick Itachi doesn't make a difference sence it would be so short.
This two ninjas are pretty much equals and it can go either way.

Itachi will get him. Sharingan's read all jutsu and FTG is a jutsu. Itachi will see everything that Minato tries coming before he does it.

Minato will win but not that easily but I think if its edo tensei itachi, minato can't win coz risks in itachi's eye techniques wont affect itachi's physical condition.

I reckon that the only non-suicide ace Minato has is Hiraishin while Itachi has access to Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, Susano'o, a legendary sword artifact, a legendary shield artifact, Shisui's eye, Izanami, and Izanagi. Itachi also has more rounded base skills with superhuman weapon, genjutsu, and seal-ninjutsu skill, plus the special battle perception Kabuto noted.
Since one has thousand times more screentime than the other, easy to say that if he has never shown a move, it means he can't. Minato can use summoning jutsus, but obviously you say he can't summon them because we've never seen, laughable really. I won't be surprised if you say later that he can't summon Gamakichi cuz he has never shown it, but since you have no counter for the argument, you prefer ignore manga facts and take into consideration that he can't
Anyway speed>Everything Itachi has. Amaterasu will never touch Minato, even Raikage was able to dodge it. Genjutsu is useless also since Sharingan can't follow his speed. His only chance like i've said is to cover himself with Susanoo during the entire fight and when he is exhausted, he gets killed. Susanoo is the only thing that makes this fight last a little bit longer and Itachi doesn't have the stamina to keep up
I'm merely making calculations based on available character data and behavior, not options that Minato has shown no propensity to rely on in battle, let alone in a one on one battle against an opponent he has no knowledge on. Really, this battle ends with Tsukuyomi, as we have seen Minato look into the Sharingan. If a 14 year old Obito had Tsukuyomi, the match would have ended at that moment.
