I had posted something similar this morning in the chap. discussion thread, so I agree. Except it doesn't really explain why Kakashi appeared to be crying. I guess we'll ahve to wait and see.
I'm going with that that was the real Kakashi. Obito covered where the sharingan he gave Kakashi is and saw exactly what kakashi was seeing. That seems more plausible imo than it was the zetsu part
Well, here's a possible explanation (though I really doubt Kishi thought of this): visual information coming from your left eye is processed by the right side of your brain, and vice versa (neural cross-lateralization). Obito's right side is composed of Zetsu. So, if Zetsu were somehow feeding visual stimuli directly into the right side of Obito's brain, Obito would perceive those visions as originating from his left eye.
Personally i don't think Kakashi did kill Rin. It could be a Zetsu clone and before you shoot that idea down here is some proof.
-Kakashi recieved the sharingan from Obito and was able to complete his chidori and therefore can use it to kill
-White Zetsu said that all Zetsu could communicate telepathically which could explain why Obito could "see" Rin if that wasn't the real Kakashi and supposing that was in fact the real Rin
-If Rin was in fact a Zetsu clone and that she perhaps was already KIA then that would explain Kakashi's tears (implying that wasn't the water) and then why he appeared so angery in the last page.
Next is the fact that Madara knew that Obito would return to him.
-This implies that Madara already knew what was going to happen and that he had some hand in orchestrating it
-At the scene Obito only sees Rin and Kakashi meaning either the Mist ninja are all dead, have escaped, or were never there
-It is also too convenient for Obito to have just in time to see Kakashi kill Rin
Well that's my input on the matter but it is all just speculation and we won't find out till Kishi tells us what he wants us to know

NOW THINK ABOUT IT IF ZETSU WAS KAKASHI HE WOUDN'T BE CRYING AND IF RIN WAS A ZETSU CLONE WHY WOULD KAKSHI BE CRYING SO NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENED OUT THERE THAT IS THE REAL KAKASHI.

2. Kakashi was clearly crying. Yes, there was rain and that could have made it look like tears. However if you look right under his eyes there is clearly tears.

after obito was gone, the only people that closest to kakash is rin, xd

kakashi killed him to advance his sharringan to MS, and thats why obito saw rin with his own eye..

Ans 1: Kakshi killed rin to gain the Mangekyo Sharingan .....
Now that is not right ... kakashi only came to know about the magekyo when he faught itachi .... ithachi explained him entirely about magekyo ..... so there is no way that the MS was the reason kakashi killed rin ..
Ans 2: He killed her by mistak ... there was mist :
Now even this is not convincing ... check the manga again and see that when kakashi killed rin ..... his eyes were full of tears .. so he did it intentionally.
Ans 3: Zetsu did it by copying kakashi charkra ...
Even this case is invalid ... zetsu can copy the chakra bt cant manipulate it and use the real jutsu .. tht too like chidori <<>>>>
Now to the facts .. why is madara sure that obito would return .(mostly he knew rin would die and hatred would grow in obito)
how come zetsu know who is kakashi .. was he keeping an eye on them the whole time and waiting for right time?
we all know kakashi charecter ... remember when he faught zabuza .. he would always say ont worry i will not let anything happen to u....

Haha, i just had to create an account and post on this topic. And b4 anything, i'm really sorry for my bad english, i'm not a native speaker, and i hope that everyone understand the post.
What i think is: That manga page makes a lot of sense if we set the reason of Kakashi's speech at one of his experiences; But only if we consider that the Zetsus weren't sure about Minato's whereabouts.
See... Kakashi loves to take references of his own experiences and put it into the trainings, so, considering that the Zetsus weren't really sure about Minato's whereabouts, it maybe has already happened to him in the past... Look:
1º - Kakashi was clearly crying when he killed Rin, not shocked or scared, what makes us be sure that he NEEDED to do that;
2º - If the Zetsus weren't really sure about Minato's whereabouts, it could means that he maybe was on enemies' possession;
3º - Minato was very more important for the village and for the shinobi world itself than Rin could ever be;
5º - Even after Obito's "death", Kakashi probably kept following the ninja code to the letter for a while.
6º - Obito clearly said to Kakashi "'Cause you let Rin die..." and not "'Cause you killed Rin...", so, even if it was Kakashi who killed Rin, it was not his fault.
So, considering these informations, it would make a lot of sense if what really happened was that Kakashi had to choose one of his teammates to live, and following the most wisely thing to do, he was forced to kill Rin.

And another thing i have to consider here is about Konoha's invasion at Naruto's birthday; When that happened it was really clear that Obito had already lost his mind, so, he probably didn't kill Minato because of revenge, probably just because he had to do it in order to achieve his objectives.

Also, there's the Mangekyou question that has already been told here; if it is true that one needs to kill a friend to get it, the only way Kakashi could get his, is if he killed Rin, since it doesn't look like he feels that Obito's "death" was his fault. And about Obito's Mangekyou it may had awakened when Kakashi's was, since it was the same pair, or he maybe killed one friend too, but which one? Maybe the Spiral Zetsu, since no one knows what happened to him, and they looked like friends, or, less probably, he killed Madara himself after they developed a friendly relationship... Or even, he maybe felt guilty because of Rin's death before thinking that Kakashi was the guilty one and awakened his MS.
another reason that kakashi couldnt have killed rin is because kakashi thought obito was dead until just now. theres no way possible that he wouldnt have seen obito standing right there i mean come on lol. probably was a zetsu clone that killed rin. bUt its still funny that obito said kakashi let rin die instead of you killed rin. maybe a bad translation?
Madara put Obito under genjutsu maybe, so he would go with Madara's plans to enslave the world with genjutsu. I don't believe Kakashi would have ever killed Rin. I feel he would've respected Obito's final wish to protect her as best he could. We won't know fully until the next manga comes out though.
