I think you are highly underestimating madara. PS is a tower with the strength comparable to tail beasts. He is a legend that has no weakness(stated by kishi himself).
To what you said while madara absorbs TBB naruto trys to attack him but susanoo protects him and madara attacks naruto with susanoo.

Madara has rinnegan, ems, fire style, war fan, skilled taijutsu, genjustu, and some of hashirama's power(manga stated this)
Edo Madara has all what madara has but he also has wood element, undying body, and unliminted chakra

I agree to Naruto > Non-Edo Madara.

But two things:
Non-edo Madara would NOT have any type of wood release since Kabuto buffed him (correct me if im wrong)
The rinnegan techs that Madara displayed against the kages would not be of the same scale as if he were an Edo (seeing as to how he wouldnt have unlimited chakra, and couldnt auto-revive)
