Hey I just noticed that pps seem to think that guys like Sasori, Deidara or Kisame aren't top tier, which I don't understand.
First and foremost Sasori, is in my opinion one of the strongest Shinobi in the World. He ignores Genjustsu, and can switch bodies with 100 marionettes. Furthermore his poison and his black sand(forgot the name) are almsot impossible to counter. You have to admit, that he was fought by, maybe the only team That counters him(u can switch sakura with Tsunade tho). They had antidotes, and his grannie knew allot about his weaknesses and strenghts. Additionaly, his death is very strange, as he seems to suicide, jumpin into the trap.
Kisame, was aswell fought by one of the very few ppl whose taijustsu were strong enough to defeat him. If someone else(except from Guy and maybe Raikages) would've fought him, his sword would've sucked em dry, and he'd be able to absorb the attacks. Combined with his huge chakra he is bearly beatable. I would bet he even stays a chance against madara.
Deidara, was also struck by his weakness by visual justsu. Sasuke could decifer his seals and counter with lighting. Aswell as see through his Mini bombs, and hitting himself. Almost, anyone who couldn't use both lighting and visual justu, would've died right there.
The problem with Akatsuki was, that all of their members were countered. As someone mentioned before, Naruto is always about lineup. I just wanted to mention this, because I consider Every member of Akatsuki in at least the top 30 in the Narutoverse(tho idk about Zestu).
