Did u notice in the chapter it said Kushina would give birth in 8 months? How did Obito get that strong and tall in 8 months? Maybe I misunderstood the chapter idk... thats what I get for reading this at work lol

Right back at you,!!! You are making your own version in assuming Madara gave his eyes to Nagato. Did he say that... NO he didnt. Stop assuming. Also If he did give Nagato his Rinnegan eyes he would be dead right now. Madara said it himself. "I got these eyes shortly before my death" Nagato had the rinnegan before Obito was even born and Madara was alive when Obito was 16. 16 years is not shortly before death.... Madara has yet to lie so we can assume he did in-fact awaken the rinnegan and then died shorly after... not no 16 years later!

Yeah I feel mad for Obito because he's stuck. First he has half a body second he if he tries to leave anymore Madara will take his eye,when all he wants to do is help his friends. So sad and confusing.

I am actually leaning more towards zetsu. I dont see it being Orochimaru, if Oro had Madaras eyes, he wouldnt be constantly trying to get his hands on a sharigan, hed already have one! haha

First I have to say is it me or does Kishi love doing back stories more than giving us the big showdowns, skip over kakashi's
fight with the seven swordsmen of the mist, but get the whole story on kabuto. madara vs the 5 kages jump over the ending and now we are getting weeks of back story on Obito. I agree it can't be all fighting you need a good story but those were big fights.

So am i alone on this?

going back and forth like he does draws and gets our attention and gets us thinking about the whole picture. oh i wonder how obito could go...... oh i wonder how kakashi and gai will fight obito w/o Naruto.... etc!

So let me get this right, the rinnegan not in use turns back to being all black. Next if you start with the sharingan and work up to rinnegan you can use all the Sharingan abilities along with Rinnegan abilities all through the active Rinnegan. So if you could work the Byakugan in that mix in the End you could have the most powerful Rinnegan with all Three eye techniques.

great question, I believe that body was the start of the Tobi with the swirley mask. Like maybe Madara stuck Obito in it for some cosplay or something

I either think he had planned on doing that from the beginning.. or it opens the door for him to start a new naruto type manga that would begin with the Sage and end sometime around naruto birth... idk! I hate to use a starwars reference with a manga, but kinda like we saw the end first then later saw what lead up to it and in turn answered all the weird questions! But I do agree alot needs to be explained

Somewhat of a meaningless chapter. At least we learnt more about Madara.

- Learnt why Madara wasn't more active in the world.
- Seems like there will be a third player introduced.

- Too little information and too much playing around.

- Still not seeing how Obito will become Tobi, especially with the personality he's currently showing.

Maybe after he finds out rin is dead his attitude will change

There is still hope for the kages fight tho, when he decides to go back to the kages he can still give a page or two on how the fight ended my guess madara end the fight quick with a strong push attack and left. or something else either way people are not going to be happy.

To clear up some stupid thing I have read.

Madara- The rinnegan is the final formation of the sharnigan, Madara claims to have awakened it not long before his death, he said to obito that he gave his eyes away, most likely to nagato, probably knocked him out and implanted them which is why nagato didn't remember anything. Who madara got his one eye is really a mistery because the Uchiha Massacre has not happened yet. so he must have obtained it from an Uchiha that we know little about. Old Man madara will probably die soon, after he corrupts Obito to follow through with his plans. I suspect he uses Rin to finally make him corrupted.

Obito and Kakashi- When they were both kids they had the reverse situation as Saskue and Naruto. Obito childish was always trying to catch up to Kakashi, and it seemed like Kakashi was going the wrong way in life. After obito's death kakashi changed for the better. Now we are in the future and now Kakashi and Naruto both have a best friend who is a vengful Uchiha.
I feel that Kishi will somehow tie all that in together.

Nagato- He was a perfect choice for lending the Rinnegan to because as an Uzumaki he has a strong life force, and naturally a lot of chakra, he was planning the whole time be rived by Nagato because he has the chakra nessecary to pull of such a powerful jutsu
