Has any one taken notice to this image before? Remember how we were all baffled at how tall Obito had become when he fought Minato?

Just examine the picture, and you can tell that Obito is of the same height or a little bit smaller than Minato. Yes I know Minato is a little further back, and is sort of looking down perhaps sitting on something, but by judgement we can assume they were not that much different in height if we compared the two.

However if he was a bit shorter we can assume 8 months to two years (kyuubi attack, which was long enough for obito to gain a few extra inches.) We can also assume that obito is the tallest of the three because he is behind kakashi just a tab bit, much like when you where in grade school and if you were the tallest, the teacher would put you in the back for a class photo.

So maybe this debunks the "how was obito so tall during kyuubi attack plot holes."

This picture is seen in the manga\anime I forgot which episode but Kakashi is waking up in his house. I'll try searching for it but hopefully someone can contribute to this as well.

But listen, even if he is sitting on something how tall can he really be, he isn't sitting at a table thats totally different. He's leaning on something\sitting on something that is fairly tall, and we can all use our logic to determine his actually height if he is standing.

And if you notice, Kakashi went through a growth spurt between Kakashi Gaiden and the Nine Tails attacks, it wouldn't have been too unreasonable for Obito to also go through one too

the picture you're thinking of is the chapter "Who are you". but it's not the same picture. but I agree, it isn't fake but he's obviously sitting down.

Yeah, guys I get it hes sitting on something, but its not something that can make him incredibly short. Yes perhaps it made him look of equal height to kakashi\obito, but we can assume he is sitting on something that makes him 1-4 inches shorter compared to when he is standing right? So that generally means that when he is standing up, he is 1-4 inches taller than the picture suggests. Which means obito has enough time to have a growth spurt.

Thats a good page, so still suggests that obito is the tallest of the three, which can mean what? That he was in the early stages of growth or that he was older than kakashi. But by how much, we dunno yet.

OAN I don't recall ever reading how much time passed between the end of the 3rd war and Minato being named Hokage or how long Minato was Hokage before the 9 tails attack. I'd assume at least a few years since in the magna Kakashi and Gai look taller than Kakashi did during the flashbacks.

Then even if it was a short period look back at Itachi and his growth. During Oro's flashback of seeing a young Itachi training to right after he took out his clan he was just as tall as a grown man.

yeah I'm not trying to fuel a war, I just don't like how people state that kishi had no logic in his own manga and want to provide facts that there were not that many plot holes as some people suggest.

Lol people still debating over this? Have you seen how quick teenagers grow within a year and its differemt for every single person I dont get why people still cant accept that he grew that much in a year or two its natural.
