that depends on Nagato's state:
if Nagato was on his own (not using 6 paths of pain) then Sasuke will have a bit troubles countering Deva path Preta path, because all 6 paths in one host is very lethal and since he lacks Tostsuka the battle will be difficult.
but If Nagato used 6POP, Sasuke will manage to defeat Human, Naraka, Animal, Asura path, but still Deva and Preta are hard for him ....anyways I give 51% Nagato 49% Sasuke

Lol wooooow that's terrible logic. Naruto is more powerful than sasuke currently. Naruto is not "shitting his pants" to fight sasuke, he's currently busy fighting ninjas that are stronger than sasuke. Look at my sig, for example. You could say Naruto technically lost that fight at the valley of the end, but does it look like Naruto is shitting his pants as he's punching the living daylights out of sasuke? I think not
