Easily making the number 1 spot is the Almighty Uchiha Clan. It's already been stated that this clan along with the Senjus were the strongest. However the Uchihas have feats to back up their clans hype, so its only right to place them number 1.
2. (The Senju Clan)
Or The Senwho Clan as I like to call them is taking the number 2 spot. By hype I've placed the Senju Clan as number 2 because they were said to rival the Uchiha Clan. A clan of a thousand skills they were said to have. Yet we've only seen less than 10.
3. (The Hōzuki Clan)
This clan is pretty strong. The Hydrification technique makes them pretty versatile. They've also produced some strong ninjas like the 2nd Mizu, Suigetsu and Mangetsu.
4. (The Sarutobi Clan)
Hiruzen(God of Shinobi) and Konohamaru. (Nuff said?)
5. (The Aburame Clan)
The bug clan is pretty badass. Being able to talk to bugs to gain info and to spy. Using special techs like Torune uses to become untouchable. They are pretty much masters at stealth battle as well. The bugs are able to sneak up on a target and before you know it they are dead!
6. (Yuki Clan)
Almost forgot this clan while typing. The clan with the ice kekki genkai must have surely been powerful.
7. (Hyuuga Clan)
Yeah Byakugan. 360 vision Blah Blah Blah Neji Blah Blah Gentle Fist.
8. (Akimichi Clan)
Butterfly mode! Nuff said.
9. (Uzumaki Clan)
I wanted to put them at the very bottom because they weren't fighters aside from Nagato and Naruto. They were only feared for their sealing techs, so people made them out to be a threat. Nothing as a clan to show me that they were a threat in battle.
10. (Jugo's Clan)
Pretty unknown clan and origin. They were able to asorb sage energy because of their unique abilities. Most likely there the 1st ones with sage mode. Although the nature energy caused them to go beserk.
11. (Nara Clan)
They are known for their intelligence and the shadow technique. Shikamaru is from this clan and he shows that strength is not always something you need to win a fight.
12. (Kaguya Clan)
Calm down Kimimaro fanboys. Only reason I put them down here is because only a select few possessed the same bone kekki genkai. Not only that but they were very barbaric and rushed into battle without thinking. With eventually led to extinction.
13. (Yamanaka Clan)
The mind technique clan that also run flowershops! How badass
