Would be a interesting clash of powers
Nagato would have to fly i dont think even he could sense Mu although he probably could detect the footsteps.
If Nagato was fighting vs them flying with his Summons he would probably kill all of them apart from Kabuto even a Celestial Tera Blast wouldnt indefinitely kill him however the human path should take care of him worst case scenerio he uses Gedo Mazo soul dragon
these three are probably perfect for battling nagato if he doesnt have intel on them. imagine kabuto spreading his liquid snake parts out so nagato cant see which ones real, then fires white rage dragon to paralyse nagato. assuming muu doesnt get his jutsu absorbed he could try close combat with mizukage's water gun. kabuto chakra blades + suigetsu form + sage mode sensing would be a deadly close combat combo
I'm glad people like this matchup, not many "vs healthy Nagato" threads are very believable to me so I tried to choose carefully.
Personally I think white rage technique from Kabuto could disrupt moves like chibaku tensei since it requires pressure and focus over an extended period to make a large enough one, and if he DOES pull one out, I think Muu is capable of soloing it's core with a massive scale Jinton like the one Oonoki used to destroy madara's clones.
Animal path could mean trouble, with the dogs and all, but perhaps Jouki boy could provide enough constant destructive power to keep summoned dogs at bay at least until they can put the path away for real. We also know that high level Genjutsu can work on Nagato or his paths still as he has ONLY Rinnegan and never posessed Sharingan or had any genjutsu specialty.
As usual, there are many ways for Nagato to win this, but I think this team also have decent chances
