It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dojutsu.

*I start by concentrating my suiton chakra and then channeling it into my mouth. There I begin to amass the chakra, building it up by pushing more and more chakra into my mouth until I feel that I have a sufficient amount for this technique. I then simultaneously focus my chakra out of my mouth and exhale, spitting out the chakra and the moment it leaves my mouth I use nature manipulation to change it to small water droplets. I exhale a large amount of these droplets, initially forming a thick mist around myself that then spreads out into the surrounding area, engulfing your clone and blocking his sight of me.*
Adv-Blocks the sight of your enemy, great for surprise attacks
Also blocks the vision of rinnegan and sharingan users

Disadv-Your vision is blocked just like your opponents, so this technique is best used with a biography with sensing abilities

*I begin by concentrating my suiton chakra and then channel it into my right hand. There I start to amass my chakra, pushing more and more chakra into my hand until Ive gathered a significant amount. I then focus my chakra straight out of my hand while simultaneously using both nature and shape manipulation to change the chakra into water an then shape it into a sword, making sure to concentrate my chakra in the sword to harden it. I manage to do all this just in time to slice your fireball in half making it pass on either side of me.*Good, got the important points listed.

I then focus my chakra upwards out of the water, bringing the liquid with it and as it starts to move I use shape manipulation to form the water into a large shark. I then direct this shark straight at your clone on the shore, where is smashes into him and knocks him over from the force.*

I then quickly sling the whip forward at your clone, wrapping it around him and binding him in place.*

If you keep contact with it while its touching your enemy they could channel lightning jutsu through it

I aim this liquid at your clones feet and once it makes contact he becomes stuck to the liquid.*

This one required the use of the Hidden in Mist jutsu. It was one of the first ones we learned, a D-rank technique. So, use that technique to create a heavy mist in the area surrounding my clone. This time, use the lake to raise the mist, instead of releasing it from your mouth. Then, reflect the light off of the tiny water droplets in the mist, blinding my clone temporarily.

*I first use the hidden mist jutsu with the lake as a medium, creating a dense mist in the area around me and your clone. I then concentrate my suiton chakra and I then emit it into the mist. There I begin to build it up, channeling more and more chakra into the mist until I have amassed a significant in the mist around myself and your clone. I then focus my chakra into each individual water droplet in the mist around your clone, by doing so I refract the light through the droplets and at your clones eyes, temporarily blinding him.*
