Sasuke- just cant
Nagato-just cant
Itachi-just cant
Hiruzen- hardly
Tobi-absolutely cant
Hashirama- just cant
Minato-just cant
Jiraya- hardly
Madara-absolutely cannot
Oro- hardly
3rd Raikage-slim chance

On a scale of 1-10
1-3-hardly- meaning high diff to win em

3-5-slim chance- meaning super high
diff to win em

5-8- just cant- means what you see, you just cant solo them

8-10- absolutely cannot- meaning you have a better chance of minaj's ass been real that solo' ing them

Jiraiya can be Solo'ed but high diff

and i dont agree with it because tobi was owned by Minato while also releasing Nine Tails

and the similar thing happened with hashirama and madara

nagato with anything we've seen solos anyone. you can tell me any technique from any character who has shown a certain technique and i will say how nagato is countering it.

if you tell me how someone will counter 5 elements + chou shinra tensei + chibaku tensei + flying ability with jutsus we have seen from a character, whe can debate.

come on .... fighting nagato is not exactly 1 on 1 its more like 6 on 1
even then jiraiya took out 4 paths (3 + 1 that was revived)
kakashi took out 1 path
naruto the rest ...
i know its highly highly improbable but it possible ...

Very true, but we all know Itachi is the strongest with his OP tsukuyomi.(only Uchiha with sharingan are able to break it)

1. Naruto cant be solo'd at the current moment (kurama + clones + toads are too much for anyone)

2. Sasuke can be solo'd by sage kabuto and was solo's by killer Bee (itachi saved him from kabuto)

3. Nagato - Agree he cant be solo'd

4. Itachi - Was solo'd by sasuke (He died by overusing his eye, but he still lost)

5. Hiruzen - Agree he cant be solo'd (especially if he has enma)

6. Tobi - solo'd by minato

7. Hashirama - There's no way to tell, we have never seen himin action and im not about to go off of just hype.

8. Minato - absolutely can't be solo'd

9. Jiraiya - can be solo'd by nagato, and EMS Madara (not edo)

10. Madara - was solo'd by hashirama:sy:

11. orochimaru - was solo'd by sasuke, but i dont believe he can be solo'd if he is healthy.
