it doesn't matter how high he is. in fact its more to narutos advantage because if sasuke trys to use kirin he's gunna have to aim good and if he trys to spam ama he's gunna have to focus hell of a hard in order to direct it at someone that far down. on the other hand tbb doesn't blow up until it hits something which means naruto can just shoot it up and it won't explode until it hits sasuke and what makes it even worse is that it's so big so it is hard to evade. btw your probably already using your brain to much to understand this but if sasuke shoots ama at the tbb it only stegthens it....you can't burn an explosion such as tbb or rs plus he'll have to do it over and over because naruto can spam
