Just so we're clear... All this time, everyone has coped with Naruto first being an underdog who was very similar to Obito when he was a kid. Then in two years of training with Jiraiya, Naruto accomplished nothing but the creation of Odama Rasengan, which sucked balls. Then in about a year's time, he finished the jutsu that neither Minato nor Jiraiya could complete, mastered sage mode and mastered Kurama. He is literally on the verge of becoming hokage at his 15-16 years old, and probably already surpassed Tsunade a while back.

So everyone who can't acknowledge the fact that Obito is Tobi: you could seriously enjoy the storyline up until now? You just can't face the possibility that Naruto isn't the only one who could make such progress in about a year?

Personally, I think there are several years between Obito's "death" and the fight with Minato, but even if there was just one, his progress is not at all impossible if you look at what good old loser Naruto has become. Not to forget that Naruto isn't even part a genius clan, and Obito is.

Obito was the only logical choice for Tobi's actual identity. If you can't acknowledge that, you're really being ignorant and mad because your own theory didn't work out. Kishi is a genius for accepting that he really couldn't go any other way than Tobi being Obito, and not try to go for something "surprising" which would have REALLY disappointed.

I grew up with Naruto. I've known it for years. I'm not letting this chapter and all the crap its been getting pull me away from it. I actually liked the idea of Obito coming back. I mean, we've seen how the others ended up, Rin in Anbu Black Ops, Kakashi a sensei and was asked to be hokage, but we haven't seen Obito grow up yet. So, let's give him a chance, shall we?

lol, Kishi kind of trolled us, everybody thought it was Obito from the beginning and then he said it was Madara and everyone came up with these complex theories. If it really is simply obito then Kishi has allot of explaining to do. He has to explain how Obito's motives changed and also all these time line plot holes. For example: How was Obito able to fight the Fourth because Obito would have been a kid? Was it Obito who helped Itachi during the massacre or Madara? If Izuna is using Obito's body it will be easier to understand how Tobi knows so much about the ninja world but it wont answer some plot holes. Even if Izuna is using Obito's body he wouldnt have been old enough to fight the Fourth.

In regards to the chapter, it wasn't that bad. The flashbacks and the lack of dialogue is really emotional for us people who always thought Tobi was obito, even through the Madara bullshit. People need to calm down and wait for Kishi's explanation. Although, Kishi has allot of explaining to do.

We shall see. I never really had a theory becuase I didn't want to be dissapointed. I feel like if izuna took over his body, wouldn't it be like oro where it reverts back to his original for? Or I do remeber his fight with the third where he showed the woman body....so it could be izuna and he will show his true face like oro did.

It isn't even confirmed that he's Obito. It could just be Obito's body with somebody else in it. People take this too seriously.
