Ofcourse it don't make sense, but I gave up on logic a long time ago in Naruto I just wanna see the fights

There is nothing in the manga that states the dates of the kanabi Bridge again you are assuming alot there and just for reference Mangaka do help with the Databooks but they can change their minds on things alot depending on how the story progresses and which way they want to take it.

For example one of the most famous Magaka did the very same thing did you know that Akira Toriyama did not originally intend for Goku to be an alien(Saiyan) at all it was something he came up with while writing the manga.

So really everyone can complain about the supposed plot holes they see or whatever they want but in all reality this world and its development is all the work of Masashi Kishimoto and TBH he can do whatever he wants

True, he is the all-powerful author, but he can't escape the consequences. If he sticks with Tobi=Obito, then he loses at least half his fan-base. The hallmark of a good story is that it stays consistent, and doesn't pull something out of its ass that completely disregards everything that was written before. Everything that we have read in the manga says that there can be no connection between Tobi and Obito...so if Kishi sticks with this anyway, he's basically saying we've wasted our time reading the manga for the past fifteen years.

nice, i agree.

Anyways, after reading ch 599, i was thinking why did Kishi show us flashbacks of Obito being nice to old ladies. To me the drastic turn around in personality is unbelievable. Why didn't he just skip straight to the reveal and begin some dialogue between kakashi and Tobi.

Two things came to mind....
1) reveal how he became evil
2) reveal that Obito died shortly after the day obito was suppose to be dead and his body is being used as a perfect vessel. (i would like this to happen but its highly unlikely)

you don't know when the attack happened. it could've been two or three years which would make him about 16 and with a growth spurt(the same naruto had) he would be adult sized with a deeper voice.

Don't you think minato would have picked up on his voice regardless of it being. 2 or 3 years. After all, he was his student since a young age.

Whoever it is, it has to be the same person because he used kumai against the 4th. I dont think Madara would be proficient with it.

As the title says,I think that Tobi can't be Obito,because there are too many plot holes.

First of all,Tobi was controlling the mizukage,when Obito wasn't even born or was very little.(You might say that the one controlling the mizukage was Madara,which may be true).

Let's say that Obito was saved by Zetsu and trained by Madara,that still doesn't explain how he got so powerful,knew everything and learned about Kurama and how to control it.And if I remember corectly,he said when he was taking out Kurama from Kushina that he waited a long time for this.How is this possible when he was like 14?And his voice changed so much after just a year.A year before he was a little kid that could be beaten by Rin,and after a year he went toe-to-toe with Minato,the fourth hokage.

So,in my opinion,someone uses Obito's body and controlles it.What are your thoughts?

This is just my theory but what if when Obito was supposedly crushed when the cave completely caved in he used his space/time transporting trick to teleport what was left of his body to the other dimesion. He probably would have done this almost instincively to save his life. from there whos to say time doesnt flow differently since it is another dimension. Obito grows up much quicker and even gains a great control over his sharingan until he is able to transport himself back to the normal dimension. From here I would assume he meets zetsu somehow who helps him to fix his body. that is atleast my theory on how he would have aged so much quicker as to why his personality changed so much or how he got so strong Im still not sure. and as far as madar goes its possible but Im just going to wait to see what Kishi says

i think that tobi was 2 different people. Because it couldnt have been obito 16 years ago when he attacked the vilage with kurama. I think that when that old tobi died obito took over as tobi. I think its the only legit explanation at the moment what do you think? ( this is only a theory ) EDIT: I think that it might have actually been Madara Uchiha that was the first Tobi by then when he was dying he told obito all of madara's secrets and thats why obito knew so much about him

I think you are right. Tobi was doing stuff - when it was close to impossible if you consider his approximate age. If you take the Mizukage situation; Zabuza was a kid during that time - remember the demon child, coming of the demon etc - during the period of the bloddy mist - the 4th Mizukage's time. Now if we roughly assume that Kakashi and Zabuza are approximately the same age; and Obito and Kakashi are roughly the same age - then it can be said that Obito and Zabuza are of similar age at the time. Yet the one controlling Yagura was a man, as the silhouette clearly showed. In fact, I am almost convinced that the one controlling Yagura was indeed Madara - however maybe Obito tried to continue his plans and pose as Madara after death. If you look at his face - Obito's age looks roughly accurate. So i dont know, it is a possibility.

Kishi better explain.
