I agree with almost everything, but....

Tobi is Obito
Obito gave his eye to Kakashi and they were told to run, leaving Obito to die
Obito passed out
B4 he the last moment of his death he had autoactivated the space-time justu and manged to survive
Obito was saved by Madara Uchiha at The Battle of Kannabi Bridge
After Obito woke up, Madara had already attended to his wounds, his eye sack, from which his eye to Kakashi was torn out, is shown to be sewn, and his right eye intact, although his right side of the face seems to be bruised a lot
Obito was burried in Konoha with an empty grave, most likely kakashi and his team tryed to look for his dead body, but could not find it.
Madara became Obito's mentor, therefore explaining how he knew him and obito becoming so powerful
Obito was brainwashed in the long run into accepting Madaras ideals
He was mad at kakashi that rin/ren had died even though he made a promise with kakashi after madara brainwashed him, explaining the hatrate in him and him trying to accomplish the moon eye plan, since he was troubled by the death of
Ren/rin. This also explains the change in motive in obito/Tobi, and explains why he said "it's to late to regert now" and explains why he thinks kakashi is "only talk and no action". Obito loved Ron,and when that bond had been broken up, he was mad and himself and everyone, including kakashi, so he is trying to accomplish the moon eye plan, so he can be with rin/ren
Madara was the one to come up with Tsuki No Me
Madara also created the akatsuki
Tobi used zetsu to go and transform himself to Tobi/ inorder to attack Hidden leaf village 16 years ago, or once he released the nine-tails he went away and zetsu took his place.
Madara died/ self sacrificed himself, inorder to be summoned by obtio/tobi in a different form, an thus unlocking his "prime".
Maybe, but b4 madara died, he gave nagoto his renningan, or gave him the power to use unleash it. Explaining the fact madara knew nagato.
Obito became Tobi
His mission was to carry out Madaras plan
He was given all the information that Madara possessed, thus the extent of knowledge Tobi has about everything
Also given leadership of the akatsuki, and given abit of madara's power, explaining the fact he can controll the nine-tails with his eyes If obito/Tobi did attack the village 16 years ago.
Tobi/obito did controll the 4th mizukage, but when he showed his face, if
You look closely kisame kept looking at the eyes of Tobi/obito, therefore he had casted a illusion on kisame, to make him believe that he was really madara, just like recently when he shows kisame that Tobi is madara, and without realizing that he was in a illusion.

As the title says, I think that Tobi can't be Obito because there are too many plot holes.

First of all,Tobi was controlling the mizukage,when Obito wasn't even born or was very little.(You might say that the one controlling the mizukage was Madara, which may be true).

Itachi and Kisame both met the man they had thought to be Uchiha Madara. Long-haired Tobi approached Kisame and falsely called himself Uchiha Madara. When short-haired Tobi approached him again, Kisame recognized him as the same person. Therefore, long haired Tobi and short-haired Tobi are the same character: Obito.

So you want to tell me that in a year he became so powerful that Minato was barely able to beat him and he had enough power to control Kurama?This is a major plot hole,that Kishi must explain.

I was writing its sort of surprising how he was the black sheep of uchiha but managed to face Minato.

But maybe Kamui is like cheating.

Sharingan is sort of cheating.

First of all,Tobi was controlling the mizukage,when Obito wasn't even born or was very little.(You might say that the one controlling the mizukage was Madara,which may be true).

Let's say that Obito was saved by Zetsu and trained by Madara,that still doesn't explain how he got so powerful,knew everything and learned about Kurama and how to control it.And if I remember corectly,he said when he was taking out Kurama from Kushina that he waited a long time for this.How is this possible when he was like 14?And his voice changed so much after just a year.A year before he was a little kid that could be beaten by Rin,and after a year he went toe-to-toe with Minato,the fourth hokage.

So,in my opinion,someone uses Obito's body and controlles it.What are your thoughts?

it is simple. the one fighting Minato and atacking Konoha was a different person (Madara), and Obito inherited the mask and the name from his sensei

oh you're right. i didn't know naruto is over now. looks like we have many plot holes. i wonder what happened with sasuke and orochimaru. looks like we'll never find out because the series is done now.

i agree, that there is a strong connection between, tobi-zetsu, if u noticed when some part of tobi tears apart, its kinda white, tobi might actually used some of zetsu on his body, assuming half of his body "which was from obito" was crushed under those rocks, its possible that zetsu makes half of his body...

no, they couldn't have been 20ish. not at all. the third world war ended 17 years ago, that is stated as a fact. it ended basically shortly after obito "died" and kakashi got his sharingan. the kyuubi attack was 16 years ago, which is also a fact since, well since naruto is ****ing 16 years old and the attack happened on his birthday. kakashi is 30 now, so he would have been 14 during the kyuubi attack, so would have obito.

When is 17 years ago, from part one or part 2?
