In order to do this, there has to be some terms, like. Let's say I believe Tobi is Fugaku, and what we see tomorrow is Sasuke trying to revive his parents, but only succeeds on his mother, proving Fugaku is alive. It wont be 100 % evidence, but would be enough for me?
And I am not gonna explain why I think so, and therefore no reason to question it, or saying it's impossible, i don't care.

All I'm gonna say right here is that Kakashi is shown as an adult ANBU member during Tobi's attack on Minato, Obito was definitetly NOT a child during that fight.
