Tobi is not a Uchiha

All Uchihas with transferred eyes can change it back to normal while none Uchihas are stuck with that level with the exception of raising a regular sharingan up to three tomoe, in which its stuck with the three tomoe like all sharingans and acquiring MS. In essence Uchihas can power down, none Uchihas are stuck with 3 tomoe.
Kakashi covers his to not use it.
Danzo covered all of his.
Tobi covered his left one. Why would he do that?
Madara never covers his.
Sasuke never covers his.

Plus Tobi had no interest in rezzing Madara.
Plus Tobi didnt know about Izanami.
Madara doesnt know Itachi, so he didnt teach him.
Tobi knows Itachi, Izanagi, but not Izanami
How does Itachi learn it? if he thinks Tobi is Madara, then wouldnt Tobi know Izanami?

My theory is Itachi must of learned it from his father. A pure blooded Uchiha while Tobi never learns of this due to his exclusion from the Uchiha, meaning him not being one.

Whole lot of evidence going unseen I think. My gut instinct is screaming Tobi is not a Uchiha. He doesnt know Izanami. He uses senju dna to power Izanagi and only knows the extent in which Danzo used it, aka Orochimaru's Senju experimentation. He cant deactivate whether kishi hides it or not. He isnt trying to rez madara in which the rinnegan was originally given to nagato for that very purpose. Madara hasnt shown signs of knowing of Tobi's plans. Kakashi, Danzo and Tobi are the only ones to cover a Sharingan. Kakashi and Danzo do it to reserve chakra, note Danzo has Senju DNA and even after using so many Izanagi's he still couldnt control the power left over once his own Chakra depleted (most likely from controlling the sharingans as well as holding back some of the power in his right arm, not from using his own chakra for his techniques). Tobi doesnt care about hiding his identity he just uses diplomacy as his primary tool. Tobi hasnt shown signs of using Rinnegan. ex: Tobi, Y U NO ABSORB RASENGAN. You know why b/c he can't he hasnt had it before, so he's a noob with it, and its only purpose is to summon the statue. If he's forced to use it he will but him not using is either one of two things, Kishi no jutsu or he's reserving chakra, and if its the latter then I'm afraid he is not a Uchiha.

If he was Uchiha he wouldnt cover his left at all. Wouldnt you keep your strongest tech. active at all times if you could? While also not wasting chakra on the one that is there basically for backup aka Izanagi. BTW means its active or he wouldnt cover it.

My point is Uchihas do not need to reserve chakra, we know that you can activate one eye at a time we've seen it done by almost every Person with a sharingan, what we havent seen is a none uchiha take it to normal. Evidence is there if you want it.

Explain kakashi's sharingan that evolved into an ms. His sharingan was originally obito's but when obito gave it to kakashi, it was a three tomoe base sharingan. MS wasn't unlocked by obito but rather it was somehow unlocked by kakashi?

Well if he covered both of his eyes he wouldn't be able to see (lolz), and the right Sharingan is the one he's been using Kamui with so he needs that one exposed. He kept the other one covered to conceal another one of his abilities. Tobi is all about playing mindgames and if he's gonna only show the one, it'll definitely raise some questions amongst his enemies. Plus, if you had an eye that could use a technique as crazy as Izanagi, I'd bet you'd keep it hidden too!

all i know is tobi uses the sharingan like a boss so if he is not an uchiha he is senju or uzumaki they are the only other clans that could handle the active always sharingan like nagatos always active rinnegan he had enough chakra to use it to the fullest even figured out all the jutsu by himself so if tobi is not uchiha he is useing the sharigan as well or better than any uchiha i have seen

but izanagi could still be used with it uncovered plus not many knew about it to counter it in the first place.
