Okay folks, this is my second post ever, and im starting to warm up to NB. So here we shall discuss the GOOD traits about Tobi, personality and ninja skill wise. go.

i suppose those are all good traits..though i find the ever elusive persona and genius jutsu use a plus. could mean he is also a pain in the ass to rid oneself of.
