Is Tobi the Masked Man who attacked Konoha where 4th Hokage died?

i observed if Tobi just needs kurama (to his moon's eye plan) why he is not careful when it is already in his hands during that time, (why he just not left when he steal it from kushina) it is a point that there is other masked man.

The one with long hair was the guy who was controlling the 4th mizukage and helped Itachi massacre the Uchiha. The one with short hair is the one who attacked Konoha with the kyuubi.

I personally don't think they are the same person because the attack on Konoha happened before the Uchiha massacre. In fact it was the reason the Uchiha massacre took place. where as the controlling of the Mizukage took place before the attack of Konoha.

Yeah, i definitely think they are working together. The only odd thing is that Kisame recognized both long and short haired men as the same person. Yet the length of their hair switching from scenario to scenario seems highly illogical. See Kishi doesn't just show things like that for no reason. There is a reason one has long hair in the two scenes and Tobi has short hair. Only time will reveal the truth.

If My eyes dont deceive me, Danzo had Long hair when he joined Hanzo and tried to kill akatsuki. That is when Nagato had a flashback when he was talking to Naruto. Check the manga and catch the ponytail. Danzo later had short hair in the manga. Also Danzo had Shisui's eye, which means he could be either controlling Kisame to think he was madara or a Zetsu clone took his place when meeting Kisame. I think that Danzo was controlling Hanzo for his own benefit also. Maybe to cause a traumatic experience to nagato so he can awaken his rinnegan???? Yeah so, think about that. Oh, and for those who say Danzo fought Sasuke and died, Zetsu clone anyone???? Also he probably did this to remove any suspicion from anyone. And he also fits with all the knoweledge Tobi had about the aburame clan and he is old enugh to meet all the hokages. I read all this in a post in another website and it makes perfect sense.

No peoples hair grows, but why would the man who attacked konoha have short hair looking like Tobi. But the one who had long hair helped Itachi. The attack of Konoha happened before the Uchiha massacre.

As for Danzo, when he faced Nagato with Hanzo, he did not have Shisui's eye. Shisui was not dead, in fact I don't think he was even beyond a toddler, if alive at all. So there is no possible way for him to control Hanzo.
