Obito vs Madara

At first glance, this may sound stupid.
Let me delve into detail.

I'm referring to the Obito that could have potentially survived and unlocked both MS abilities. Namely, the abilities Tobi and Kakashi can use (Long range Kamui and self Kamui). Let's say Obito survived and lived much longer to harness his abilities. Do you think he would be able to defeat Madara?

Sorry if I'm sounding stupid, but I think he could. Unlocking both abilities of the Mangekyou would grant him incredible power. We all know how powerful Obito's eyes are already.

Of course, you could say that he wouldn't last long if he didn't have EMS, since he would eventually lose the power over abuse.
In that case, perhaps it'll be more even if I say he has EMS.

Who takes this?
Scenario 1: Obito- No EMS Madara- EMS
Scenario 2: Obito- EMS Madara- EMS
Scenario 3: Obito-EMS Madara- Rinnegan

I think it's an interesting match-up.

I also think Obito is a top tier Uchiha along with Shisui and Itachi.

Is that so? Not that I doubt you, I might of missed it myself. Can you link me the evidence? It seems that would be odd, since Madara has Susanoo and hasn't demonstrated those techniques as of yet.

perfect susanno would beat tobi, if tobi tried to absorb it and the bigger the mass the more time it takes to absorb so madara can just attack tobi with the sword.

If Madara is capable of using Shinra Tensei, then he should be able to nullify the threat of Kamui; Obito would be unable to get close to kidnap Madara while Kakashi's Kamui could, in theory, be repelled by another gravitational force.
