How does Minato get a higher score in hand seals when A doesnt even use them?....The less hand seals the better.
And minato's speed should nt be higher than A's speed. If you count the whole time it takes to throw a kunai and then teleport A's speed will be more useful in a lot of situations.
Minato's teleportation is limied t spots where his kunai are or where he places a seal.
