nice thread but EMS sasuke will take this mainly due to stamina sasuke already has high reserves of quality chakara thats a fact itachi is known to have lower stamina if the totska blade that seals "anything"can pierce sasukes EMS V3 sussano then sasuke amatertsu blade that burns through "anything" will pierce itachis MS V3 sussano that being said i doubt the battle will end this way the swords will probably parry and negate eachother then on to genjutsu sasuke has broken tsukiyomi before so he can definatly do it now with his EMS so itachis most powerful genjutsu fails here then on to ninjutsu discounting the sussano parrying sasuke has greater control over amatertsu so itachis trump card in the ninjutsu department works for sasuke better then it does itachi then we have seen when the two matched fire style sasukes was stronger and sasuke has lightning so ninjutsu is sasukes as well taijutsu is itachis advantage SLIGHTLY assuming sasuke hasnt improved his taijutsu since their fight.(whichi i doubt) but yeah itachi will be drained if they prolong in sussano for too long as ems grants much less chakra and stamina drains sasuke has a way to break itachis (kirin) while itachi cant break sasukes so itachis main gateway is what? taijutsu which will be countered fataly by blaze release or chidori nagashi /thread

Yes it does. Example---Kabuto's genjutsu on Itachi and Sasuke then they both genjutsu'd each other to get out of it. Itachi's Tsukuyomi on Sasuke during their battle.
