Best Konoha Teacher..

As teachers or senseis in the anime who do think is the best?? Who has really got the potential out of their students??

I mean the teachers that Hiruzen appointed to the new ninja graduates..

in my opinion:
1. Guy- had sucky students, execpt for neji, and got the potential out of them.. Lee and Tenten, had no freaking future as ninja but still Guy somehow managed to make them respectable ninja.. Neji had the talent in his blood.

2. Asuma- Had a hard task on training the Ino-Shika-Cho ninjas, but in the end he made his students have a great chemestry.

3. Kurenai- did ok, with her students..

4. Kakashi: Great Shinobi but sucked as a teacher. Manly focused on sasuke, he did tought his students to work as a team.. but Naruto Sasuke and Sakura learned mored from the Senin.
