Do u guys think Minato has the ftg tech lvl 3 ?

I am asking do u guys think Minato has a higher lvl the ftg tech ?

Minato has shown us the ftg tech lvl 1 and lvl 2, also I know he has a lvl 3.

I don't understand the logic behind a level two. Is it suppose to be faster? Because you can't speed up something that's already instant.

I think if he didn't die young maybe he would have a lvl 3 but I think level 2 is enough.

Level 2 is teleporting to wherever the seal is whether it be moving through the air or what ever

Level 1 is teleporting to a stationary seal

In the same way, Tobi's absorption ability has different "levels" since Tobi can speed up the process at which he absorbs someone.
