She only healed him before the fight because had fought the Raikage and then the other kages after she didn heal him during the fight Tobi made here stay away cause it was to dangerous.

Naruto would have died for sasuke the fight was over then danzo took karin hostage sasuke could have killed without being healed

Sasuke had just gotten stabbed by a wind sword, he would have died along with Danzo if it weren't for Karin healing him.
