Orochimaru- Oro was sick an he still didn't technically kill him.

but yet still don't see a list of people he beat by himself.
Here i will start your list for you since it was obviously too hard for you
His first one on one fight was against that sound nin in the chuunin exams
after that it was all help,help,help.The fight between naruto does not count since naruto was not trying to kill him and sasuke also decided not to kill him so in the end when the battle was over with the intent to kill on either side was not there so the battle does not count.
beating a weakned justuless bed ridden orochimaru does not count either.
