didn't see that one coming, but still how would an uchiha who just activated his sharingan be able to activate Kamui ?

A pretty decent theory. It's just that we'll have to wait and see who he is... He is playing with everyone's mind... that's what he does.
My guess it's that he could be anyone, maybe a random... all we have to admit is that he has a connection with Zetsu, that's how he got to know everything over time.
The real question is WHO is Zetsu and WHO made him. What's HIS role in the whole story? IMO this is the biggest question...

True, Zetsu remains a mystery. Kishi keeps him in the shadow for a reason. All theories on him now are just plain speculations.

I hate to break it to you, but you people are asking the wrong questions. There is one huge issue about this whole deal about that sharingan.
1. Aprox 1 year after Obitos death "Tobi" attacks Konoha and release the 9 tailed fox. We see him using the powers from Obitos eye like a genius.
2. Also we get a clear image of the height of "Tobi".
3. "Tobis" plans are well planned, meaning he must have a lot of knowledge about the demon fox and how to release it during child birth.
These 3 facts completely takes away the possebility of Tobi being Obito. Guess I don't need to explain, it's that simple...
Also "Tobi" said he got the eye at that bridge, where Obito dies. Most likely it is someone who was there. Also having all that hatred means he must have lost something precious during war, etc. Nothing fits on Tobi = Obito.
If I were to guess, seeing how obsessed Tobi is with gathering sharingans, he may have something to do with the collapse, or maybe he was involved with the war, as we know Akatsuki has been. Hard to tell, which it is. Who Tobi is, is still impossible to tell, but 1 thing is sure, he has had contact with Madara before.

The problem is that there is no "if Tobi turns out to be Obito". That's impossible. There is just "Tobi cannot ever be Obito". It is technically impossible for Obito to be Tobi. There is no way to explain Tobi being Obito. So there is no reason to believe he is, or to try and come up with ideas as to how it could be possible.

That's a great theory, but Obito could not have used the Space-time justsu because he just awakened the Sharingan. However, there is a posibility that he used it right after getting the Sharingan. I bet Tobi did get Obito's eye, but that was after Obito "died". Tobi used that eye probably for Izanagi and all in all, Tobi might not be an Uchiha at all. He might've just taken the sharingans from the people of the clan and used it for himself. I bet the whole "admitting to being Obito" thing is just Tobi bluffing about he really is, but there always is a posibility
