I think Deva and Asura alone would be enough to defeat Kimimaro. Calling Asura's abilities "weak ass" is pretty stupid. Kimimaro is only a threat when fighting in close combat. Asura can fire rockets from a great distance and he is very fast.
Deva path can block Kimimaro's attack with Shinra Tensei.

The only way i see kimimaro losing is being trapped somewhere that he can't escape from, which is damn near impossible with the braken dance which can make a forest of 10,000 bones. Preta path, which is arguably the second strongest, is basically useless as the attacks are taijutsu, animal path can be killed easily so the summons are not a problem. Deva path is the only path that poses a problem and that's only because of ST and CT. ST kimimaro can tank (in the sense that no matter how far he's pushed his bones will never break) and as for ST kimimaro can use the braken dance to make a bone forest burst out of the rock, and then appear out of one of the bones to escape.
