I thought of something. KA works by putting memories/thoughts in a person to control their actions. So it can't make somebody do something they wouldn't actually do, like kill themselves. So the most Shisui could do was make somebody think that Shisui is their best friend and then Shishui could stab them in the back. This probably wouldn't kill the Sage though, especially if he was the jin of the Juubi since he could probably just heal like Naruto. So even with KA Shisui loses.

This.. Plus people don't seem to understand that KA is also a genjutsu and i believe that any powerful perfect juchuriki can break it cos there chakra is always distracting..

SO6P has the Rinnegan, which is more advance than the MS....KA isn't a EMS technique which there in itself is the flaw.
