What Makes FTG Hard?

I was just thinking, Minato can ftg by himself, yet it takes 3 elite bodyguards now to use ftg. Why is it so hard for them?
Let's presume Minato gives them the kunai with the seal, and they throw it, why can't they teleport to it? Cause once you learn the technique I don't think you can "master it". You either have it or you don't.

Is it the huge chakra drain, or is there something more I'm missing?

jiraiya and kakashi learned the rasengan but did not master it or cannot master it

I mean nor is it easy to use shadow clone justu according to the first few chapters lol . Thats just how it is. Its kishis way of impying minato was very strong.

nope he did not he can just show it to naruto how it works and how can it be achieved but no one mastered it only naruto...even the inventor, the fourth has not finished mastering it....

mastering and perfecting though they are two perfectly different words yet they sensibly correlate with each other....when you master it you perfected it.

one point: minato who invented it did not perfect it thus did not master it, how much more jiraiya?

second point: jiraiya cannot master such a tremendously technique because though he is a sannin but he has the limitation to master it.

third point: regardless of whoever you are, not all techniques can be mastered

fourth point: the power of the technique depends on the caster....if the caster is weak, has no blood relation to the technique i.e. kekke genkai andd kekke totta, then you can not and will not be able to master, copy, the technique but you may know the abilities, weaknesses and how the techniques work and how it can be taught to those who has the ability and the capability to cast such technique.
