Tobi is not OP. =]

New chapter came out and guess what.. TOBI ISN'T OP like people made him out to be.

So lets observe a little. Tobi had the Rinnegan but he split it into the 7 paths of pain. So basically he has only 1 Rinnegan ability. His sharingan isn't a Mangekyo. Or atleast its not shown to be a MS.


I have had been itching to say this. But this weeks chapter just backed me up more. People said he was on Madara's Level... uh no hes not..

Tobi will Escape most likely. And go get some power up. And then
Sasuke vs Naruto will occur.


So, you know state your opinions on him being OP or not.

Well Tobi was never really OP since Minato was able to hit him before he even was relevant. I like that he isn't OP. He has been taking a little to much of a beating his last fight, but I think he will turn things around and do some major damage

The weakness of S/T jutsu is too obvious. Speed really is not required to counter it. Things like Clones (Which they don't use anymore i guess) are also effective. Kakashi figured out a another weakness. Minato figured out a another one. So his S/T jutsu has 2 weakness already. And now we know its just 1 jutsu not 2 different ones.

Gedo Mazo isn't really him.. Now if it was the same Gedo Mazo technique Nagato used on Hanzo, then yes it would be his power. But this time no.

His skill set is god tier(whatever you want to call it) but he just hasn't been displaying in this fight. Same with Naruto who's preformed no better than an above average jounin lately. So you can't just take 1 chapter and say a characters not that strong.

The only reason that Tobi was hit was because of the similarity of his jutsu and Kakashi's. If it wasn't for that then Naruto and co wouldn't have been able to lay a finger on him. And he just stood up after taking a KM rasengan to the shoulder. He is op as Madara, but still op.

You wanted a way , I gave you one. Also, S/T jutsu doesn't make someone OP. Otherwise Minato would be more OP then Tobi right now. People like Naruto and Madara are OP. Now Tobi might show it later. But he is not OP at the moment.

tobi can only be hurt by someone with minato ftg and smarts or they have to have kakashi and kakashi has to kumai every single attack at specific moments not to mention he can use all five elements and rinnegan jutsu and has tha sharingan abilities to track movement etc has gedo mazo as a summon

Lets see here the weaknesses shown for his S/T jutsu are other S/T jutsu. Of which, only one other person alive is capable of doing. Yea that is a glaring weakness that can't be fixed... Unless he simply dodges attacks or even just times his dematerialization to phase through an attack and then rematerialize when Kamui is used.

If you count gedo mazo as Nagato's weapon then you have to count it as Tobi's. They have both used it in battle, just in different ways.

Yes actually I do. You're arguing whether or not he's OP but you don't see that if it wasn't for plot, he could of dealt with all four of them. You're forgetting that he has a Rinnegan.

The fact of the matter is, he's OP because of the potential of his abilities. It's for plot that he's not using them. He's obviously conserving his chakra at the moment for the Juubi and plus they have counters for his Rinnegan, which is the most obvious plot ass pull I think I've seen. Do you want me to summarize his techniques?

Naw I believe minato said Tobi space time jutsu is better than his an the 2nd hokage...an how will clones help lol madara ain't need them clones.
