In my opinion naruto has the advantage due to frog katas and rasenshuriken, but i feel minato takes this due to ftg if he so much as touches naruto you can pretty much call it game over the mark of his jutsu would give him the ability to teleport to naruto and blitz him very badly whats your opinon please provide an explanation.

naruto has advantage of chakra and clones if minato has ftg ....and only concern can be the seal techs that minato has wic is unknown to us ...speed is equal as far as i see

Minato has the power to mess up Naruto's seal so he can't form jutsu's, or he can just undo the seal completely and kill Naruto.

I believed he surpass his dad in strength not speed even though he will surpass minato in speed but right now minato can take naruto on even with bijuu 1 & 2 form also sage form. Naruto is a goof and a klutz minato will surely mark him so he can teleport where ever he goes and there are other techniques minato can do to stop naruto with seals to supress chakra and he's still the fastest with his ftg.

CLEARLY NARUTO WILL WIN!! ..i shall enlighten you why:

1) it has been stated that naruto has surpassed Minato as he now has finished rasengan to make it rasen-shuriken.
2) Naruto can use the transportation technique like his father so they will be like the same n no-one could surprise the other.
3) Naruto has SM and KM whilst minato just SM

But i do believe minato is wayyyy smarter than naruto..naruto is a dumbass

Naruto would win.

Naruto's sensor and perception abilities surpass Minato's by far.
Minato's only good quality's are intelligence and speed.

Intelligence is what makes him so dangerous and his speed applies intelligence.

So Minato can use his speed for attacks such as Rasengan.
But one big factor here is that Minato's speed is only capable due to his reaction time.
Naruto in SM has reaction time much faster than Minato due to his Nature affinity.
He can sense and react to an attack faster than anybody. He dodged a super speed attack coming from the 3rd Raikage in SM without super speed that he has in KM.

So Minato can not do much if he can not hit him.
Whilst Naruto has many ways of hitting him since Minato does not have knowledge of his SM. One punch from Naruto in SM and Minato is out. Not to mention Rasenshuriken, Summons, Clones (which Minato can not tell the difference), and his seen ability to come up with plans for a win in crap situations.

Naruto wins Mid-Hard diff.
