Itachi has one hit Oro two times in the manga and the other two are worse than Oro so that means Itachi can one shot all three of them xd

The Uchiha bros win with high difficulty. Frog song won't really matter because both Itachi and Sasuke can broke out of it by casting genjutsu against each other. Summons don't matter because they can easily be killed or brain washed. Kirin is also a factor because both Itachi and Sasuke use katons and amaterasu along with Jiraiya. The bros are very fast and Itachi is very intelligent.
Chidori Nagashi will prevent Yomi Nuri. Sasuke can cut out of frog stomach therefore Itachi doesn't have to waste any chakra on amaterasu to get out of there. Totsuka blade > Mitotic regeneration/Oral Rebirth.
No one not even sage mode Jiraiya have the speed to dodge susanoo arrows. Kabuto only did it because of his sensing abilities which Jiraiya does not have. If you want proof than explain why Jiraiya did not know there were three other Pain bodies in the vicinity? With the EMS, Sasuke can fight for 15 mins before running out of chakra. Itachi himself can fight for around 7.5 minutes and in this time the fight should be almost over anyway.
Just noting, Frog Song would work because it paralyzes your nerves, Itachi nor Sasuke wouldn't be able to move their eyes to activate jutsu to break out. Plus, breaking each other out takes time, while in the real world they're stuck motionless so even if they could break out it would give plenty of time for any of the Sannin to kill them.
As for Yomi Numa, Sasuke has a decent answer to it but Itachi doesn't, and that's what Oro and Jiraiya are so versatile for. And to be fair you might be underestimating entire boss summon army a bit. But I like you posts so it's cool, it's not as bad as "Itachi solos with 1 kage bunshin".
