Of course Naruto since he's the main character and is bound to win every damn match. Idk why it's difficult to beat him- since all he uses is Rasegan + Shadow Clone Jutsu. But of course, the 10th time he does it, he'll somehow trick the opponent and get him. Personally, I just think the enemy gets bored with his spamming of those jutsu's and chooses death over having to see that 100 more times.
