exactly there are many things which depends upon situation.
For example :
1. If sasuke didnt had O'maru curse mark against deidara he be dead.

2. If Karin didnt healed sasuke against bee and Suigetsu didnt take tbb. Sasuke was dead.

3. If Karin didnt healed sasuke multiple time against danzo. Sasuke was dead.

4. If dan didnt Saved tsunade she had been dead.

5. If kakazu didnt helped hidan then Asuma could have been alive.

6. If Naruto didnt Fight against 5 bijuu then kakashi & guy were dead.

There are many more which could have happen and also if Kyubi wasnt inside Naruto the he could have fused with Maa & Paa to defeat Nagato with Unlimited SM.

This right here is the same problem we faced with Prime Hiruzen. There's nothing we know about Prime Nagato. So why bring him up... ?

I count prime Nagato as the Nagato that fought Bee, Naruto, and Itachi, with the addition of mobility for his legs. That is him at his theoretical peak. All of his jutsu are increased in power, seeing as they are not being conducted by proxy bodies.

Dang i really don't feel like researching but i just think now naruto is too well rounded .. he can make alot of KM clones and more Sage clones i just think it would be tough for nagato to defend him self when his best defense is deva path which can only last for so long with that interval... plus naruto is faster i just dont see naruto losing

First of all, Nagato is certainly more well rounded than Naruto. On top of his 6 paths, which are all insanely powerful, he has mastery over ALL 5 elements, as well as sensing abilities, Gedo Mazo, and the ability of shared vision.

Speed is useful against Nagato, but considering that Naruto's most powerful attacks would be useless against Nagato (Preta path absorbs all ninjutsu), it won't be nearly as much of an advantage. Even with KM Naruto's speed, Muu, a sensor, dodged his attack. Nagato can use his sensing abilities to follow the attack and do the same. Also, in BM, Naruto most definitely will not have the same speed as in KM. BM would actually be almost useless, seeing as he is basically just a giant formation of chakra, and Preta Path is a bottomless pit of chakra absorbing ability. KM would actually be the most useful in this case, but even KM Naruto was being dealt with quite easily when he fought Nagato the second time.

And considering that this isn't Naruto versus Deva Path alone, Naruto would also have to deal with those crazy summons, the crazy mechanized path, the soul sucking path, and more, all in one! On TOP of the 5 elements at his disposal. Also, ALL of Nagato's attacks would be more powerful, including his ultimate shinra tensei, and of course, Chibaku Tensei. If a more powerful and less chakra drained Nagato were to use these, it would be very hard for Naruto to survive.

I could go on as well with specific strategies and scenario's if you wish...

all true but i nagato cant absorb jutsu and dodge a punch at the same time .. naruto can do that his clones will handle the summons so go on because this is not enough :sy:

Hmm... I see what you mean. And to be honest... I'm not so sure about that Nagato being able to defeat BM Naruto. He sure has the potential to do so, but I'm leaning towards Naruto being the victor. The only problem I see Naruto facing is Preta Path; seeing how most of Naruto's attacks are based on nothing but pure chakra, most of them would be nullified unless he has a strategy that forces Nagato to use another Path.

Naruto would probably have to distract Nagato before he can even think of landing an attack on him. But all-in-all... I think Naruto has the highest chance of winning.
