First of all sasuke was not there to fight kabuto....but to learn truth frm itachi...and u cant say that without itachi ...sasuke would have been dead....sasuke was not fighting at his full potential...coz itachi sasid he had a plan....so i think if he fought kabuto it would have been a good fight...u cant say who will win or loose unless they fight ....i agree that kabuto was able to dodge sasukes'susanoo attack..and was imune to any visual genjutsu...but if kabuto cant attack/do damage to sasuke(thanks to sasuke's susano'o with blaze release) how can he win...so i m not saying kabuto will loose either....but we wont know...untill they fight...head to head...

how can ya ask if sasuke thinks he can kill kabuto when for one he wasnt trying to kill kabuto the only reason he even fought him was because he was following itachi and itachi's goal was to stop kabuto if he was actually trying to kill him he would've done it by showing what him EMS can do besides yasaka magatama (which could've probably beat him) thats why he didnt use it
