I think i found something very intersting i belive there are 2 people who are hinding behind the mask .... Madara and Tobi

16 years ago there was a man behind the mask this mask men has short hair this is Tobi !

Notice that they are two different people ?

I belive this is the way Tobi maked people belive his Madara Uchiha because he had Madara to remplace him and show them something else with the same mask that Tobi always had.....

Itachi who is a smart men... meet with Uchiha Madara and therefore he belived Tobi was Madara....

Kisame meet with Uchiha Madara and that is why he belived Tobi was Madara...( i know kisame was the one to see Tobi face but that face is very old he cant tell by that old face he can only assume is Madara)

Note: Madara lived to see nagato as a young child so he could be the masked one that has the long hair
