The First Mission
As Tobirama and his team was making their way down the hall to the office in the far east corner of the kage mansion, to recieve their first mission together, Hiruzen looked outside the window for a second to look up at Hashirama's giant carved face in the great Hokage Monument, still only with one carved face in it, while dreaming to have his face carved there one day.
Tobirama Senju: "What is it Hiruzen.... is something wrong..."
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "No nothings wrong.... I'm just imagining my face on that monument.... hehe.."
Homura Mitokado: "Yea... like your ever going to get that face on that monument... haha...!!"
Hiruzen looked a little upset and angry when he glanced at Homura before Tobirama interrupted.
Tobirama Senju: "Now... you two.. let's get going we need to get our first mission going...."
Tobirama and his new students walked into the office, it was a very small room with green banners with the symbol of the leaf and a single man sitting behind the desk, while standing together there, the shinobi handing out missions greeted Tobirama and his new team before handing them their first mission.
Tobirama Senju: "Alright our first mission will be..... we are going to find a lost puppy for the feudal lords wife..."
Hiruzen took himself to his head while seemingly looking a little upset, but he accepted the mission as he kinda joked about it.
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Really.... umh.. sounds interesting.. hehe... maybe she will give us a puppy... hehe.."
Koharu Utatane: "Hiruzen!!.. it's not time for jokes now....!!!"
After a few minutes of the three students arguing over a silly joke, while Tobirama was just standing there holding his head in his palm thinking about all the hard work they were going to go through together, in the many years to come.
Tobirama Senju: "Alright... let's go... we are already late...."
Homura, Koharu & Hiruzen: "yes Sensei!"
As Tobirama and his new team where heading off, down the dusty road from the mansion to start their mission, they ran into Hiruzen's dad, Sasuke Sarutobi.
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "hey dad!!!"
Hiruzen ran over to his dad, as he sat down and put his hand on his shoulder.
Sasuke Sarutobi: "hey Hiruzen.. heading off on your first Mission??..."
He smiled at his dad with excitement in his face and his mouth.
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "yeah..."
Sasuke Sarutobi: "Well good luck on your first mission then...."
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "thank you dad.."
Sasuke Sarutobi stood up and jump onto a roof before dissappearing into the distance, while Hiruzen looked at him with pride in his heart, thinking "That is my dad".

An hour had passed and Hiruzen, Koharu & Homura had been walking down the streets of Konoha, out into the outskirts of the village, it had rained all morning and the sun had just begun to shine through the clouds. They then recieved word from their sensei that the puppy was last seen somewhere near the training fields.
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Maybe we should split up.... then we can search more places at once..."
Homura Mitokado: "Great idea.... we will get that puppy in no time now..."
Koharu Utatane: "Well I will search down the streets to the Konoha Memorial...."
A few minutes later they split up, Koharu ran off into the distance while Homura looked at Hiruzen before running off in the other direction waving back at him while Hiruzen decided to take a look around the training fields once again.
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Alright let's see.... where would I hide if I was a puppy..."
Hiruzen began walking slowly around the training fields while listening to every sound of every single animal until he caught the sound of small paws moving around in the bushes, he then saw the puppy.
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "I GOT YOU!!!"
Then without really thinking about anything, Hiruzen jumped over the bushes, and before he could react, he fell to the ground into a pile of mud as the puppy began running towards the exit of the field, in sheer panic.
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Your not going anywhere!!!...."
Hiruzen quickly got up, covered in mud and his face looked like a monster, he almost slipped while running after the puppy, as the puppy suddenly stopped and crumbled in front of him while looking into the ground weeping.
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "What the hell is wrong with this puppy.... first it just runs off... now it's scared..."
He then picked up the puppy and relayed a message to Tobirama Sensei on the communicators.
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Sensei i have caught the puppy..."
Tobirama Senju: "Good job everyone... let's all meet back at the Mansion.."
Half an hour later Hiruzen and the others met up with their sensei and then they all then started to head into the mansion so they could complete the mission.

After the students finished their mission and Hiruzen was filled with dirt and mud all over his shirt, Hiruzen looked a little irritated over the stupid mission. While Tobirama told the other two about how well they had done and told them to go on home while he walked over to Hiruzen and sat down beside him.
Tobirama Senju: "What's wrong Hiruzen... you completed your first mission..."
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "I just thought my first Mission would be a bit more challenging..."
Tobirama Senju: "you only just became a Genin you can’t expect to get a high ranking mission on your first day as a Genin... when you get home... you should talk to your father...."
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Thanks sensei & i will.."
As Hiruzen was about to walk home...
Tobirama Senju: "ahhh Sasuke... we where just talking about you, Hiruzen has something to ask you when you get home...."
Sasuke Sarutobi: "Oh okay.... then shall we head home Hiruzen?.."
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Yes dad... goodnight Sensei.."
Tobirama Senju: "Goodnight Hiruzen I will see you tomorrow for our training session..."
Hiruzen and Sasuke then headed off in one direction and tobirama headed off in the other direction. A few minutes or so later Sasuke & Hiruzen arrived home.
Hiruzen’s Mother: "Hey you two your home in time for tea.."
Sasuke Sarutobi: "Well this is a rare thing, well me and Hiruzen will go sit at the table then..."
As soon as they sat down at the dining table...
Sasuke Sarutobi: "So what did you want to talk about you looked so down when i saw you..."
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Our mission today was so boring... umh... I wanted a challenge.."
Sasuke Sarutobi: "Well you have only just become a Genin son.. you can't expect a high ranking mission on the first day..."
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "That is what Sensei said..."
Sasuke Sarutobi: "Well that's how it goes for everyone when you first start off as a ninja.. it was like that for me you have to start at the bottom and work your way up, it’s to help you gain experience you get the harder missions when you have improved, it was like that for me to..."
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "thank you for the tea mum & dad thank you i understand now I will take any mission and complete it well..."
Sasuke Sarutobi: "Thats good to hear my son..."
Hiruzen then went upstairs to bed so he could be well rested for tomorrows training session with his sensei.
The next day Hiruzen woke up early and quickly got clothes on and ran downstairs for breakfast.
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Where’s dad.."
Hiruzen’s Mother: "He had an early morning mission he said he would see you tonight you better eat your breakfast you dont want to be late...."
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Yes mum.."
Half an hour later he had finished his breakfast & said goodbye to his mother and headed of to the training field, while his mom was standing in the door looking at her son with a smile, a few minutes or so after he had left home he ran into Biwako.
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "H.. Hey Biwako how are you today..."
She smiled at him while holding her backpack on her left shoulder.
Biwako Sarutobi: "Hey hiruzen where are you heading this early in the morning..."
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "To the training field.. t.. to meet my team mates & my Sensei..."
Biwako Sarutobi: "Do you have time to have a bowl of ramen with me"
She smiled at Hiruzen, though he passed for a moment before answering.
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Sure i have a little time to spare.. hehe..."
Luckily enough they where not far from the ramen place they both sat down and looked at the chef.
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Two bowls of ramen please..."
An hour later they had finished eating and they the stood there smiling at the two kids laughing and having fun in their youth before they stood up and smiled at each other.
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Well I better go.. it was nice we should catch up again some time..."
Biwako Sarutobi: "I would like that... oh and one thing who is your Sensei?..."
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Tobirama Senju..."
Biwako Sarutobi (with a surprised look on her face): "gee... your so lucky.. well you better go"
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "yeah it was nice talking to you..."
Half an hour later Hiruzen had made it to the training field and he could not believe he was the first one there but five minutes after he had arrived.
Homura Mitokado: "Goodmorning Hiruzen.."
Koharu Utatane: "I can not believe you got here before us!!!"
Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Goodmorning Homura & yes i got up early and i even had time to stop for some ramen..."
Tobirama Senju: "Okay now we are all here... shall we begin our training?"
Hiruzen, Homura & Koharu: "yes Sensei!"
Tobirama Senju: "That's good because after this we have to go get our second mission...."
Tobirama looked at the three students admirering their fighting spirit as they were preparing for their test and he looked upon the great hokage monument and looked at his brother, believing one day he will pass on the will of fire.
