[Discussion] No deaths during war?

So the only deaths during the ninja war are the fodder ninja?

All these young kids inexperienced in war, come out of this battle with a perfect victory? Not even Madara is capable of killing a main character or two?

I love these series but I hate how soft Kishi is getting, seriously. Not only he doesn't kill any of his main characters but he also resurrects the dead ones. We got a Jiraya death just for the sake of the plot and that's as far as it goes.

Be patient I think K11 will run into Sasuke and then you will have plenty of deaths.

Seriously, give it time, Kishi is a good enough writer to know when it is the right time for a major death and I am sure there will be one even though it doesn't bother me either way.

I know that, though looking at what Tobi did with the Kohaku no Johei I wouldn't be surprised if the pot got destroyed.

I think the meaning behind is that it doesn't matter how strong you are or were, younger generation will always prevail over old ones.

But it doesn't make any sense anyway since there are old guys in ally aswell

Ninety thousand dead first day alone. What else do you want? Think about it... If you kill off all your main characters who would you be left with? It pounds like you rather have fodder out front and main char in the background. Who cares that tenten isn't dead?

Name any major series that kills off its major characters... I'm waiting. Example. Dragon ball z. Goku and krillin keep dying but... They get resurrected. Death note. Major characters die. Series end. Do you want naruto to end??

In DBZ at least they actually died to begin with. A combat could go either way. In Naruto you already know who the obvious winner is.

Killing off one of the Kages, one of the Konoha 11 or any others would not end the series, unless it's Naruto or Sasuke themselves.

Some people say that fodders dying is enough, which is true I guess If you like having zero emotional connction to what youre watching, It just kind of sucks that Naruto hasnt really made me feel much of ANYTHING since the war arc started.
